BBQ'ing ON THE OUTSIDE UPPER AND LOWER DECKS

SEPTEMBER 2nd 2023 CaCaa's HOLIDAY BBQ PARTY Lasted from 5:00pm till 1:00am. Perfect weather for a Holiday BBQ 75 degrees (actual) 75 (real feel) Everything was setup and perfect with no panics. Laurene had the food under control in the kitchen, Ted was first to arrive. Guests started showing up around 5:30pm and food was coming out at almost 6:30pm. Laurene had put out her signature RIBS, after the main food was served. (Disappeared instantly) For this night, we used the same menu combination due to the different guest list. BURGERS SABRETT HOTDOGS HOT SAUSAGE Laurene's Signature RIBS CORN on the Cob CACAA'S CHILI POTATO SALAD Laurene's MACARONI SALAD SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS Laurene's PENNE ALA VODKA We kept the group small around 20 guests - the food was all gone ! Tonight was a beer night. We ended up with 2x the amount we started with.
