This
year the weather could not be more perfect, not a storm in sight ! The 36th
Annual CaCaa's Halloween party went
on without a glitch. Guests piled in all dressed up and ready to
party hard. People started to arrive at 8:30pm with the bulk showing
up by 10pm. Some were in and out in a few hours making there way
through multiple parties this night, but at least they showed. Other
regulars who didn't show must be getting too old to enjoy themselves.
We had a bunch of new guests anyway to make up for them. It was nice
to see the just finished game room lounge being used for the first
time by the WBAB crew. The pinball game was actually on and working
this night for a change. The rest of the evening was just a blur from
about 12am. There were munchies, cases of mixed beer, top shelf drinks,
lots of shots, new people, loud haunting music, world series on some
monitors as well as bloody videos in the theater, (though
only a few were really sitting and watching in the theater because
it was so crazy at the bar area).
I'm not even sure what was playing at any given time. All I can
remember was people laughing there ass's off all night. The party
eventually started to brake up around 3:30am though the lights went
out around 5am, making it yet another 7 hour ride. Outside
decorations were confined to the upper deck this year.
