BBQ
/ PARTY
Lasted
from 4:30pm till 8:00pm.
The
WORST weather for a BBQ Party. 58 degrees, constant heavy rain for 2
days with high winds. It was so cold out that we had to put up a tarp
by the steps. As it got darker we did make it to the lower main bar
where it was warmer.
The
grill was cranking 2 times throughout the day. Everyone pigged out
around 6pm wiping out the food trays. Thanks to James for bringing a
huge steak that he cooked to perfection.
For
this night, we changed up the menu combination with a few new dishes...
